Every Pro + AI user adds 1,000 credits a month to a single team balance. Five users means 5,000 credits that anyone on the team can use, so the person doing the mapping is never stuck while others have credits left over.

Credits pay for the built-in assistant, and one credit is one cent. A small edit costs very little, a large document import costs more, and you see the cost before anything big runs.
The three rules
Refills every month
The pool resets on your billing date, on annual plans too. Monthly credits do not roll over. Adding a user mid-month adds their share of credits right away.
Stops at your limit
At zero the assistant pauses. Your maps, your team and your own AI over MCP keep working. Nothing extra is charged unless an admin has turned on top-ups.
